Hands down to the worst nail place in town the owner only care about making cash her employees are rude they put u in s chair half hour ignored they have no colours they can't do shapes they don't clean ther ustencil ther way better nail place I waisted so much money ther pls read the reviews before goug to this place !!!!!
Stay away from this salon, owner is rude, unprofessional, a dictator and hungry for money; doesn’t care if her staff did a bad job, staff are nice though, the lady who did my feet had difficulty communicating in english, i like her, did my shellac manicure and the lady was supposed to repair the nail, instead of dipping my nail in the powder she applied glue to the side? of ofcourse by Wednesday it came apart, went to have it repaired? the declared herself militantly “i am the owner “lectured me right away saying the lady who did it doesn’t know how to do it? she do not apologize or had any remorse, she said wait i will repair it but you have to pay $5? i disagreed, i then asked the manicurist who was free to cut and file the nail so i could leave, she went to hide in the corner hiding from the dictator who was in the process of doing a client, asked me to leave, never had that experience before, was doing a customer nail but continued to argue and trying to be disrespectful, I bet some staff has no certificate and was trained on site, worst nail salon experience. she should not be in business bc she has no class
I had a pedicure yesterday, very good service, friendly and professional.
HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! They did a horrible pedicure and I asked for a reimbursement and they refused. I was waiting for my nail polish to dry and they painted over my toes with a colour I didn’t want. They also told me to leave the store before my pedicure dried while it was raining. DO NOT GO HERE THEYRE WAY BETTER SALONS IN MONTREAL.
Terrible service, terrible job. I was surprised by how few colors they had ..I chose shellac polish and was very clear about the shape I wanted etc.. they messed up. They put you in a chair and make you wait 20 minutes before acknowledging you. Never again
